MM CONSULTING NZ is a consulting firm established in February 2020 and registered as a business in September of the same year.
We specialise in delivering consulting and contracting services that emphasize building effective and results-driven relationships with our clients. Our expertise includes project management, quality management, continuous improvement, auditing of management systems and implementing specific ISO management systems.
We hold several qualifications to support our expertise:
A certified Project Management Professional (trained in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK)/ISO 21500).
A certified lead auditor in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety.
A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt improvement practitioner.
A degree in Bachelor of Medical Lab Science.
